DELIVERY CHARGES & SERVICES

HONG KONG:
$50 HKD shipping charge on orders below $2,000 HKD.
Free express shipping on orders over $2,000 HKD. All domestic orders are shipped with SF Express and require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL:
$200 HKD shipping charge on orders below $2,000 HKD.
Free express shipping on orders over $2,000 HKD. All international orders are shipped with FedEx International Express / EMS delivery and require a signature upon delivery.

All orders are typically proceeded within 3 business days to be dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your shipping details along with tracking number.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are excluded in the final price. So your order may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
