Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
  • The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • All sale and discounted items, including any discount codes used are final and are ineligible to be cancelled, returned or exchanged. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and 7% bank handling charges.
  • THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
  • All returns will be arranged through THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER's FedEx account, except in cases where this is not possible.

    THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

    WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

    • Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, info@twiyo-studio.com, within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the order number, account information and delivery tracking number.
    • You will receive a return authorization form and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
    • You will be provided with THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER's FedEx account details and FedEx shipping labels on returning the item(s). Please noted that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
    • You will be informed via email once your return has been received and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
    • Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 3 weeks of our receipt of the item(s). A refund confirmation email will be sent.
